1. Introduction

Welcome to Shopphi.in (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which orders placed on Shopphi.in may be cancelled and refunds may be issued.

Shopphi.in operates as a multi-vendor marketplace, and products/services are fulfilled directly by independent vendors. Therefore, certain conditions may vary depending on the vendor.


2. Order Cancellation by User

  • Users may cancel an order before it is confirmed, processed, or dispatched by the vendor.
  • Once an order is shipped or out for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Orders for perishable goods (including food, grocery, or time-sensitive items) cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

3. Order Cancellation by Vendor

A vendor may cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is unavailable or out of stock
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Delivery location is not serviceable
  • Any unforeseen or operational issues

In such cases, users will be notified and a full refund will be initiated (if applicable).


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed for eligible cancellations or failed transactions.
  • The refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days from approval.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via:
    • Bank transfer, or
    • Platform wallet (if available)

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Orders marked as delivered successfully
  • Delay in delivery due to external factors beyond vendor/platform control
  • Non-returnable product categories

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Provide necessary proof (images/videos)
  • After verification, a replacement or refund will be initiated

7. Non-Returnable Products

The following categories are generally non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (food, groceries)
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Customized or made-to-order items

8. Platform Role Disclaimer

Shopphi.in acts only as a technology intermediary between users and vendors.
Final responsibility for order fulfillment, product quality, and delivery lies with the respective vendor.
